Chelsea’s Home Health Care of Los Angeles + surrounding Southern California is hiring LVNs, RNs, part-time, full-time, and per diem to care for patients in their homes.
For over 14 years, CHHC of Southern California has provided high-quality home care to communities. We are looking to fill open positions for LVNs (Licensed Vocational Nurses) & RNs (Registered Nurses) as soon as possible.
What are some benefits to working for Chelsea’s?
Competitive salary
- We strive to pay competitive wages. Some wages will be more than others, as it depends on experience.
- Nevertheless, we are hiring part-time, and full-time LVNs from $25-30/hr (DOE).
- For Per Diem nurses, we are hiring Per Diem LVNs at a rate of $35-50 PER VISIT (DOE).
- Hiring Per Diem RNs from $100 to $150 PER VISIT (DOE).
Paid training and Paid shadowing program
- Our paid training and shadowing are beneficial because you are getting paid to onboard with us. Additionally, you are extra prepared for case-specific situations and can move forward in the best possible, most open, and transparent way.
- Main points: paid training hours with an RN Case Manager (most helpful if you have any questions or troubles along the way, and need extra guidance).
- 40-60 hour orientation comprising training and shadowing.
We welcome new college grads without prior experience
- We welcome recent college grads who just got their nurse licenses — Why? Well, our training and shadowing program gives an extra boost to information learned in schooling. Thus, you are prepared for the job and not surprised when learning about a case diagnosis(es). In short, we strive to have a place for people to work right out of college.
Referral Bonus Program
- Our referral bonus program is as goes:
- Refer a full-time LVN to onboard with us and receive a $200 bonus incentive.
- Also, refer a per diem RN and you will receive a $350 bonus incentive after they complete 6 visits.
