Chelsea’s Home Health Care is based in Los Angeles and has been providing excellent, high quality home care to patients for over 14 years.
Our mission is to be a beacon for our community of Southern California. We service the areas of Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, Riverside County, & San Bernardino County.
We hope to provide home health care service of the highest quality. How do we do this? We do this by hiring the right people for the job, and treating our employees with utmost respect. Additionally, we give extra training to our already licensed Nurses. Our training program is paid, and allows for them to prepare for diagnoses specific to the cases we take.

We work with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, & Private Insurances. Additionally, we work with a patient so that they will get the care recommended by their physician.
