We work with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, & Private Insurances. Additionally, we work with a patient so that they will get the care recommended by their physician.

For those new to home care…

What is home care? How do I prepare for this adjustment? (You may ask). Home care is an approach to healthcare that allows individuals to receive medical care and support in the comfort of their own homes. One may be in a state that does not allow them to leave their bed, for example. Thus, this form of care can be very valuable for those who may have difficulty accessing healthcare facilities. However, one may just prefer to remain in their homes while receiving medical attention.

Here are some key aspects about home care to consider:

  1. Coordination between healthcare providers, nurses, and the patient helps streamline the delivery of services and ensures everyone is on the same page. Thus, good communication is crucial for home care. Chelsea’s prides itself on great communication.
  2. Nurses are licensed and trained on all of the different services.
  3. Care recommended by your physician.

Nonetheless, home care is a process, but it can be an easy one with a team like Chelsea’s. We strive to make it easy for you and effectively communicate. We are there for you all throughout the way.
